Inspiration Board

When people ask "what are your wedding colors?" It is usually followed by "...oh."

(tumbleweed. tumbleweed. cricket. cricket.)

yeah, I know, I am boring-safe-neutral-blah-whatever. But just because I am not a pink gal, doesn't mean my taste is crap. In fact, I am adore our color palette.
It is clean, natural, whimsical, soft, classy, and calming.

Photo Post

As promised, this post will be dedicated to a bunch of photos I have been too busy(lazy) to post! I apologize for the randomness:

My first attempt at a product for ETSY! I do not have a shop yet... and am in desperate need of your creative minds to help me think of a name... These are korker bows. The packaging isn't finalized either, but boy do I LOVE my martha stewart scalloped border punch :)

Here is a SNEAK PEEK of our STD's (duh... save the dates). For the love of the lord, I WILL mail them THIS WEEKEND! If you are cool enough (which you probably are), it should be arriving sometime next week...fingers crossed

This is my momma's arm showing off 100, yesssss 100, personalized matchboxes for the reception. They were so easy, CHEAP, and cute (if I do say so myself).

too bad it still looks like this: sad and alone, in the box...waiting to be used in all of its glory! I do have a coaster project I am going to start soon...

and here are two of the COOLEST halloween costumes ever, who just happened to win a cash prize at Frickers on Halloween. I think it is about time for JT to start agreeing with everything I suggest...because I OBVIOUSLY know what I am talking about :)

Letter Love

I made a list of all of the projects I need to get done before the wedding. Well, more like want to get done, seeing how none of these projects are necessities, rather my psychotic idea that this wedding will be a-typical, awesome, and totally US.

Well, in true Lindsay form, there are 30+ projects that I have created for myself...and I say myself because JT thinks 90% of them are pointless and excessive (boo)!

So, to all of you who have been offering a hand... believe me that I will take you up on that offer in the near future (whether you like it or not...)

But first I need to stop looking for more inspiration and settle on a damn idea!

It kind of gives you an idea of our color scheme (yes brown... like dirt, chocolate, poop, whatever - and olive/moss green like many other foul things I have heard it described as). Also white to keep it clean and simple.

So here are my cute little letters. I am thinking about adding some ribbon and hanging them from the church doors or somewhere by our head table or cake table...
